Exploitation of a series of fallow food of Fern Vegetables
【摘要】 蕨菜是一种传统的山野菜。以蕨菜和各种调味料为原辅料 ,经适当的加工处理 ,制成几种风味不同的休闲食品 ,以满足不同的消费者 ,为进一步开发利用蕨菜打好基础
【Abstract】 The fern is a traditional edible wild vegetables with ferns and different kinds of con teuts seed,some different special flavor’s fallow food is made by means of suitable processing to meet different consumer.It do spade word ,by means of further divelopmemt ant utilization.
