氦氖激光辐射甜菜种子效果分析
Analysis on the effect of sugarbeet seeds irradiated with He-Ne laser
【摘要】 采用输出功率可调、最大输出功率为20mW的He-Ne激光器对6个甜菜品系种子进行照射,照射完成5日后进行播种,田间观察植株长势并进行了产、质量测定,结果表明:照射时间10min、单胚种子照射电流4.5mA、多胚种子照射电流10mA处理为适宜处理,供试材料比对照提高含糖0.3~0.6度,产糖量也有所提高。
【Abstract】 Six sugarbeet seeds irradiated with He-Ne laser which had a output power regulator,the greatest power20mW.It planted after irradiation5-days and then gave to look over and estimated for the yield and quality,the results shown that the sugar content higher0.3%~0.6%and sugar yield higher1.36%~6.22%than CK,the irradiation time 10min.the optimum electric current of irradiation for monogermseed at4.5mA,and10mA for multigerm seed.
