煤系高岭岩水热合成4分子筛及其性能研究
HYDROTHERMAL SYNTHESIS OF 4ZEOLITE FROM KAOLINITE IN COAL MEASURES AND STUDIES OF ITS PROPERTIES
【摘要】 采用煤系高岭岩 ,通过精选加工处理后 ,作为合成原料 ,用水热合成法制备出了 4A° 分子筛。采用XRD、SEM等现代测试技术以及测定钙离子交换量的方法研究了焙烧高岭岩与碱液作用制备 4A° 分子筛的反应过程 ,提出了满足工业生产洗涤剂要求的 4A° 分子筛产品的工艺参数。
【Abstract】 In this thesis,a kind of high quality 4A° zeolite has been synthesized by using kaolinite in coal measures as raw materials.The whole reactive process of calcined kaolinite with alkaline solution making for 4A° zeolite are studied by determining calcium ion exchange capacity and by XRD,SEM.The technological parameters,which are fit for requirement detergent aid,were proposed.
