鹅副黏病毒对鸽的致病性研究

【摘要】 用鹅副黏病毒BY株人工感染 1月龄鸽 ,观察试验鸽的发病情况、临床症状及病理变化 ,并对病毒抗原的组织分布进行检测 ,以研究鹅副黏病毒对鸽的致病性。结果表明 ,鹅副黏病毒人工感染可致试验组鸽严重发病 ,发病率达 10 0 % ,致死率达 92 % ;病鸽表现下痢、眼睑发炎、呼吸困难、咳嗽 ,并表现瘫痪、翅膀下垂、转圈或震颤等神经症状 ;病鸽各种器官都存在组织损伤 ,但以消化系统、免疫系统和神经系统较为严重 ,表现显著的变性、坏死或出血等变化 ;病毒可以在病鸽体内多种组织器官中复制。这说明 ,鹅副黏病毒对鸽具有较强的致病性

【Abstract】 Twenty six pigeons for the experiment were inoculated with the paramyxovirus BY strain which was isolated from geese, the morbidity, clinical signs and pathological alternation of the experimental pigeons were observed, and histolgical distribu tion of the antigen of the strain was determined in an effort to study the pathogenicity of the strain for pigeons. As a result, the challenge trials caused 100% morbidity and 92% mortality, respectively. All infected pigeons show clinical signs such as diarrhea, blepharitis, anhelation and some of the pigeons showed nervous signs, including leg paralyses, wing descensus, torticollis or tremors. Gross lesions were found in lung, intestine, pancreas, the most conspicuous of which were congestion and edema of lung, single petechia to diffuse hemorrhage of intestinal tract, multiple necrotic foci in pancreas, while in some cases, hyperemia and hemorrhage of the brain was evident. Microscopic examination showed that most tissues of the infected birds undergone degeneration, necrosis and hemorrhage. Additionally, by using an immuno histochemical method, the viral antigen can be detected in various tissues. The present investigation revealed that the goose pathogenic paramyxovirus, which has caused great loss in geese in Southeast China, possesses high pathogenicity for pigeons.
