【摘要】 以国内多发的猪传染性胸膜肺炎放线杆菌 (APP) 1、3、7血清型强毒株作为制苗菌株 ,制成油佐剂三价灭活苗。经效力试验 ,对上述 3种血清型强毒攻击的保护率分别为 88.8%、88.8%和 10 0 % ;试验动物安全性检验及田间安全检验 ,除个别猪出现轻微体温反应及暂时减食外 ,无其他异常反应。表明该苗对猪的保护性及安全性良好更多还原

【Abstract】 Many batchs of inactivated trivalent vaccines were prepared using Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae serotyses 1,3 and 7 which are predominant prevalent virulent isolates in China as the vaccine strains. The potency tests proved that the protective rates of the vaccines against the above three virulent serotype strains challenging reached 88.8%, 88.8% and 100%, respectively. In the safety tests of laboratory and field, only several of pigs immunized with the vaccines showed a little fever reaction and temporal anorexia without any another abnormal reaction, which confirmed that the immunity efficacy and safety of the vaccine were better.更多还原
