炭黑对聚氨酯泡沫塑料微相分离和力学性能的影响
Effects of Carbon Black on Microphase Separation and Mechanical Properties of Polyurethane Foam
【摘要】 利用红外光谱仪 (IR)、动态热机械分析仪 (DMA)和力学性能测试法研究了炭黑对聚氨酯泡沫塑料的微相分离和力学性能的影响 ,并与基体泡沫做了对照。结果表明 :炭黑能加速聚氨酯泡沫的微相分离 ,明显地降低泡沫的力学性能 ;如果先用TDI浸泡炭黑 ,能很大程度上降低炭黑对泡沫力学性能的不良影响。
【Abstract】 Effects of carbon black(CB) on microphase separation and mechanical properties of polyurethane foam were studied by IR and DMA.The results indicate that CB has a positive effect on microphase separation,but a negative effect on the mechanical properties of PU; initial immersing of TDI with CB can accelerate the microphase separation evidently and decrease the negative effect of CB on the mechanical properties of the foam.
