【摘要】 研究了云母作为尼龙 6改性剂的应用。采用硅烷类偶联剂和白油处理云母 ,填充在尼龙 6中 ,改性后的尼龙 6 ,表现出良好的力学性能。通过对偶联剂种类、用量、云母细度、用量和填料种类等变量的研究 ,发现改性尼龙的力学性能的变化规律。使改性PA6的力学性能有一定的提高 ,热变形温度得到明显的提高 ,具有一定的实用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Mica as the polyamide6 modifier was studied. Coupling agent and mineral oil were used to treat mica. The variety and amount of coupling agent, the fineness and amounts of mica and various fillers were investigated. Experimental results show that modified PA6 has better mechanical properties, especially heat distortion temperature increased.更多还原
