啮合同向双螺杆挤出过程六棱柱元件三维流场分析
3D Fluid Simulation of FTX Polygon in Co-Rotating Twin Screw Extruder
【摘要】 应用ANSYS有限元分析软件对啮合同向双螺杆挤出机中的新型螺杆元件———六棱柱元件 (FTXPolygon)进行了三维等温非牛顿流场模拟分析 ,并与捏合块元件的流场分析结果进行了对比 ,得到了在相同压差下六棱柱元件比捏合块元件产率高、剪切速率场更均匀且两种元件分散混合能力相近的结论。
【Abstract】 A three dimensional flow field simulation of a new screw element—FTX polygon in co-rotating twin screw extruder has been carried out by the ANSYS FEM package.A comparison has been made between the flow field in FTX polygon and kneading block.The results can be concluded as:FTX polygon has higher output,shear rate field of FTX polygon is more uniform than that of kneading block and the dispersive mixing ability is equivalent to that of the kneading block.
