PP/PPMA/Org-MMT复合材料的制备与性能研究
Preparation and Mechanical Property of PP/PPMA/Org-MMT Composites
【摘要】 采用熔融插层法制备PP/PPMA/Org MMT复合材料 ,考察接枝物含量、不同聚丙烯、不同接枝率接枝物以及不同成型工艺对PP/PPMA/Org MMT复合材料的制备与力学性能的影响。结果表明 ,采用PP(F40 1)、高接枝率接枝物和模压工艺可获得较好的插层效果。接枝物含量为 10 %时 ,PP/PPMA/Org MMT复合材料的拉伸强度达到最大值。
【Abstract】 The melt intercalation method was employed to prepare PP/PPMA/Org MMT composites. The effects of content of PPMA, different polypropylene, grafting rate of PPMA and process on preparation and mechanical property of the composites were investigated. The results indicated that excellent intercalation effect can be obtained by using PP(F401), high grafting rate PPMA and mould process. Tensile strength of PP/PPMA/Org MMT composites reached the maximum value when the content of PPMA is 10 %.
