凹凸棒石/茂金属聚烯烃复合材料的结构与性能
Study on the Structure and Property of Attapulgite/Polyolefin Thermoplastic Elastomer Composties
【摘要】 研究了加工温度、偶联剂改性、增容剂EOC g MAH等因素对凹凸棒石 (AT) /聚烯烃热塑性弹性体 (EOC)复合材料性能的影响。结果表明 ,加工温度越高 ,熔体粘度越低 ,AT的分散越不好 ;加入较高接枝率的增容剂EOC g MAH ,用KH5 5 0处理的凹凸棒石对EOC的补强效果最好。当经KH5 5 0处理的凹凸棒石为 10份 ,接枝率为 0 89%的EOC g MAH为 15份时 ,复合材料的 10 0 %拉伸模量、拉伸强度和撕裂强度分别比EOC弹性体提高 10 4%、65 %、2 5 %。通过SEM、DSC、TEM分析表明 ,制备的AT/EOC复合材料是凹凸棒石呈微米尺寸分散的复合材料 ,AT未能分散形成纳米单晶 ,并且AT对EOC的结晶、熔融无明显影响。
【Abstract】 Process temperature,coupling agent KH550-treated attapulgite and the use of compatibilizing agent maleic acid-grafted ethylene octane copolymer(EOC-g-MAH)on the properties of AT/EOC composites were studied.Experimental datum show that higher process temperature resulting in lower melting viscosity goes against the disperse of attapulgite,and that KH550-treated attapulgite can drastically enhance the properties of AT/EOC composites if EOC-g-MAH with the higher graft ratio is added at appropriate process temperature.When the contents of KH550-treated attapulgite and EOC-g-MAH is 10 % and 15 % respectively,compared with crude EOC,100 % tensile modulus,tensile strength and tear strength of AT/EOC composites increase by 104 %,65 %,25 % respectively.Analysis of SEM,TEM and DSC of AT/EOC composites showed that attapulgite still dispersed in a micrometer size in prepared AT/EOC composites,not at expected nanometer size,and it hardly affects on the crystallity and melting of EOC.
