无滴棚膜防雾滴剂扩散失效机理研究

【摘要】 考察了几种常见防雾滴棚膜无滴持效时间与温度之间的关系 ,以及防雾滴剂在PE空白膜中的扩散情况 ,并借助扫描电镜、红外、紫外等仪器 ,研究了膜失效前后的变化。结果表明 :持效时间随温度上升而减少 ;膜表面的防雾滴剂损失后 ,膜内部防雾滴剂是否能及时补充到表面将决定膜持效时间的长短 ;PE和PVC膜表面防雾滴剂有效表面浓度分别为 2 .15mg/mm3 和 2 .84mg/mm3 时膜具有防雾滴性。

【Abstract】 The relationship between temperature and antifogging durability of different antifogging greenhouse films including PE and PVC films, and the diffusion of antifogging agent(GF-1) in the blank PE film were investigated. By using SEM, IR and UV techniques, the changes of the films within and beyond antifogging durability were studied. The experimental results indicate that to all of the films the antifogging durability decreases with the increase of the temperature. Along with the loss of the antifogging agents on the surface of the films, what determines the antifogging property of greenhouse films is the supply of inside antifogging agents. The PE and PVC films perform fogging resistance when the apparent concentration of the antifogging agent on film surface reaches 2.15 mg/mm 3 and 2.84 mg/mm 3 respectively.
