【摘要】 对益智提取挥发油后的仁、益智的茎和叶的提取物清除超氧阴离子自由基（O₂^-）的作用进行了研究。采用分光先度法研究了提取物对O₂^-的清除作用,提取剂用石油醚、乙醇和乙酸乙酯。结果表明,各提取物对O₂^-均有清除作用,其清除O₂^-的能力大小顺序依次为:益智的叶>益智的茎>提取挥发油后的益智仁。特别需要提示的是0.1％（w/w）益智的叶的石油醚及乙酸乙酯提取物对O₂^-的清除能力与1.3×10^-3mol/L抗坏血酸接近。更多还原
