【摘要】 目的　以人卵巢转移瘤及癌旁正常组织为研究对象 ,探求DNA切除修复基因ERCC2 表达与人卵巢转移瘤发生、预后的关系。方法　分别取 1 9例手术卵巢转移瘤及癌旁正常组织各 1 0 0mg ,提取组织中的总RNA ,采用RT PCR的方法分析细胞中ERCC2 表达水平。结果　 5例标本中 ,ERCC2 在卵巢转移瘤表达显著低于癌旁正常组织 ,其它 1 4例标本无明显差异。结论　ERCC2 在部分卵巢转移瘤病人中低表达可能是这些卵巢转移瘤病人恶变形成的基础 ,其预后将会与其他病人不同更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of tumor’s ERCC 2 in human ovarian metastatic tumor and its relationship with the incidence and prognosis.Methods Total ribonucleic acid was extracted from 100g tissue of 19 ovarian metastatic tumors and their pericarcinoma normal tissue,ERCC 2 gene expression was quantitatively analysed by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction.Results ERCC 2 gene expression in 5 ovarian metastatic tumors was significantly lower than that in adjacent normal tissues,while the expression in the left 14 cases showed no significant difference,P>0\^05.Conclusion The lower level expression of ERCC 2 in some ovarian metastatic tumor might be one of the causes in the canceration of these tumors,these patients’ prognosis will be differet from those without ERCC 2 expression.更多还原
