黄河源头区水土流失及草业综合治理探讨

【摘要】 黄河源头区属高寒半干旱气候区 ,地带性植被为高寒草甸。由于自然条件恶劣和超载过牧、沙金开采等 ,致使水土流失日益严重 ,草业在该区水土流失治理中的地位和作用独特 ,具有不可替代性。具体对策是 :草原牧区禁止超载过牧 ;沙化严重的地区进行封育改良 ;陡坡地退耕 ,缓坡地实行草、粮带状间作 ;加强对工矿和城镇建设的管理

【Abstract】 The source area of the Yellow River belongs to semi arid and paramos. The vegetation is paramos grassy marshlands. Due to adverse natural conditions, overloading, excessive grazing and sand and gold excavation, it results in soil and water loss increasingly worse. The unique position and function of grasses in the management of soil and water loss of the region are unreplaceble. The specific countermeasures are to ban overloading and excessive grazing in pasturelands, to close hillsides to facilitate afforestation and improvement in the region where desertification is serious, to let lie fallow in steep sloped lands and to intercrop grass and grain in gentle slopes and to strengthen the management of factories, mines, cities and townships building.
