At the beginning of the 21st century, many new factors affect the development of the urbanization. Therefore, the author believes that a proper strategy should be taken to accelerate the urbanization, to draw high attention to the development of the big cities, to accelerate the form and development of urben agglomerations and meanwhile to develop the major small towns with superior conditions. The above mentioned may be the appropriate development choice for China's urbanization.
