【摘要】 随着中国加入WTO,中国企业面临着更大的国内和国际竞争压力,需要通过现代集成创新模式对传统创新模式的转换来提高创新能力。本文介绍了一些有关技术和组织集成创新的理论及基本方法。通过对北京地区制造业213个创新型企业的问卷调查和数据分析,利用O-Tmap工具发现有关组织、技术以及创新绩效之间关系的一些规律。O-Tmap和本文提供的调查问卷可以被企业作为其创新能力自我评估的工具,以发现自身的问题并增强企业自身的创新能力。分析研究表明,技术与组织的有效集成对技术创新成功起决定性的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 With China’ s entry into WTO,Chinese companies a re facing severe competition in both domestic and international markets.To improve t heir innovation capabilities,they need to make efforts to shift from tra ditional in-novation patterns to modern integra ted innovation ones.This paper intr oduces some theoretic evidences and funda-mental methods on the integrated innovation between technology and orga nization.Empirical data was acquir ed through a recent study of 213manufac turing firms in Beijing,which are mo stly innovative enterprises.O -T ma p instrument is used to show the findin gs of the relationship between organ ization,technology and performance.The O -T map and questionnaire also provide a self -assessment tool for a firm t o find its problems and ways to im-prove its innovation capability.The analysis and research findings ind icate that effective integration of technology capability with organization contr ibutes significantly to the success of technological innovation.更多还原
