【摘要】 本文通过对我国信息化实践的考察,论述了网上信息资源自主知识产权的意义,认为知识产权是保障国家信息安全、取得信息化实效的需要,也是提高我国网络竞争力的需要。最后提出了网上信息自主知识产权的标准:信息创作主权化、信息表达汉语化和信息标准自主化。建议从中文信息资源推动、加强信息关键技术创新、政府引导等方面加强自主知识产权建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on a study of the application of information technology in China, the paper describes the immense social and economic importance of information copyright protection and public access to, especially for raising the competitiveness of network in China and for economic advancement. The paper advances the criteria of protection for information resources, and makes a recommendation that government should take action in promoting the construction of information in Chinese, in strengthening the innovation of key technology in information and having a national agenda to create intellectual property on the net.更多还原
