【摘要】 本文分析了技术创新的含义,认为创新要求由技术到市场的全方位实现,强调商业化的成功。从世界范围看,以企业为主体的创新必须有科研机构、教育培训机构、中介机构的合作及政府的支持,因此创新链上各主体的合作对于创新至关重要。在产品链中,上、下游企业之间的合作创新有利于各个参与分工的企业提高创新能力及整体创新效率。专业化分工的深化使原本存在于企业内部的分工外部化,也使得企业的创新更加依赖于合作。最后,本文分析了日本及美国的合作创新经验并提出了提高我国企业创新能力的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The author explains the meaning of in novation and points out that in technological innovation,which includes technological change,market success is to be emphasized.The a uthor also analyzes the essentiality of collaboration between participant s of the innovative chain and product chain.Co -operation among science a nd technology institute,university,intermediaries,training organiza tion is fundamental for enterprise,which serves as the core in the innovative system.Co -operation with other enterprises i n the same and relative product chain s is also indispensable and its importan ce grows as the division of labor and s pecialization deepen.Experiences of successful cooperation in the innov ation process in Japan and the United States are studied and some policy re c-ommendations are made.更多还原
