【Abstract】 Pepsin-soluble collagen was prepared from pig skin and partially characterized. The various physico-chemical properties, such as molecular weight, isoelectric point, denaturation temperature, UV-VIS and IR spectra of pig skin collagen were measured. As a result, the natural structure of pepsin-soluble collagen was maintained, therefore, it fits well for biomedical use.更多还原
