聚硅氧烷/丙烯酸树脂乳胶互穿网络(IPN)的研究

【摘要】 在乳液体系和微酸性条件下 ,有机硅 D4(八甲基环四硅氧烷 )开环聚合和丙烯酸酯自由基聚合 ,形成同步互穿网络聚合物 ,该复合物膜具有良好的疏水和抗溶剂性能及良好的耐低温和高温性能 ,该乳液用于皮革的涂饰 ,能明显改善涂层的触感和增进涂层的亮度。

【Abstract】 Ring-opening polymerization of D 4 and emulsion co-polymerization of acrylate monomers take place simultaneously under the same environments (pH=4.0, in an aqueous medium). As a result, a simultaneous latex interpenetrating polymer network of polysilicone-acrylic resin was achieved. This IPN possessing good compatibility and emulsion stability exhibits both optimum film performance and film integrity, when applied for leather finishing, wax, slip and nature hand are imparted. If added to topcoats, the water and solvent-resistance of coating layer were obviously improved.
