【摘要】 本文确定了天然油脂氧化亚硫酸化新方法的工艺技术路线 ,研究出菜油氧化亚硫酸化新工艺 ,并找出了最佳工艺条件。应用试验表明 ,该氧化亚硫酸化菜油是一种性能优良的加脂剂 ,其生产工艺操作简便、周期短、无三废污染 ,可适用于其它植物油的氧化亚硫酸化 ,具有推广应用前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper fixes the technological route of a new method to oxidate-sulfite natural oil, and works out the oxidation-sulfitation technics of rape oil, and finds the optimal technics parameters to oxidate-sulfite rape oil . It is proved in application experiment that oxidate-sulfite rape oil is an excellent fatliquors. Simple and convenient operation , short production cycle and no wastes are the features of this technics, this technics can be popularized to other animal and vegetable oil , and this technics has a good foreground .更多还原
