丙烯酸单聚乙二醇酯及抗溶剂型丙烯酸树脂涂饰剂的合成

【摘要】 丙烯酸单体经三氯化磷酰卤化后 ,与聚乙二醇反应制备了一种含长极性侧基的丙烯酸单聚乙二醇酯单体 ,然后将该单体和其它丙烯酸酯、乙烯基类化合物共聚制备了丙烯酸树脂乳液 ;由于长的、柔软极性侧基的存在 ,该树脂的膜具有较高的抗张强度、断裂伸长率 ;该树脂用于皮革涂饰 ,可明显提高涂层的耐溶剂及耐水性能。

【Abstract】 A novel mono-polyglycol acrylate and a novel acrylic resin emulsion was synthesized from co-polymerization of mono-polyglycol acrylate, vinyl monomers and other acrylate monomers. Due to the existence of longer, softer, polarized side-groups, the acrylic resin-film exhibited high tensile strength and high broken elongation.The product was applied for leather finishing, an excellent solvent-resistant and water-resistant coating layer were obtained.
