【摘要】 探讨了制备 PVO系列磷酸化植物油时的一些影响因素 ,通过对油脂酯交换改性反应、磷酸化反应条件等主要因素的控制 ,使得磷酸化植物油加脂剂中单酯 (MAP)含量在 85 %以上。在讨论油脂的酯交换改性反应时 ,推导出了可根据油脂的平均相对分子质量和酯交换后羟值的增加量计算酯交换率的近似公式 ;红外光谱证明了磷酸化植物油中磷酸酯基团的存在 ;分析测试表明 :PVO系列磷酸化植物油具有良好的稳定性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Some factors that influence the manufacture of PVO series phosphated vegetable oil were discussed. The product with contend of MAP above 85% was made by controlling the main factors, such as transesterification reaction,phosphate conditions.When discussed the transesterification reaction ,the formula used to calculate ester interchange rate based on the oil’s relative molecular weight and the increase of hydroxy group was derived ;The IR spectrum analyze proved the existence of phosphoric acid ester group in the product ;Analytical test show that PVO series vegetable oil have favorable stability.更多还原
