【摘要】 目的 :探讨乳管内窥镜在乳头溢液检查中的临床意义。方法 :用日本FV - 2 0 0 0EC型内窥镜对乳头溢液之乳管进行检查 ,并对检查结果进行分析。结果 :12 0例乳头溢液中 ,共检查 133孔 ,发现乳头状瘤 4 6例 ,乳头状瘤病 2例 ,乳管内癌 6例。结论 :乳管内窥镜因可直接进入溢液乳管的Ⅰ～Ⅳ级乳管 ,能对乳管内病变作出明确的诊断和定位 ,是目前乳头溢液患者病因诊断的最佳方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical significance of fiberoptic ductoscopy in patients with nipple discharge. Methods:To apply FV-2000EC type fiberoptic ductoscopy made in Japan,to examine the patients with nipple discharge, FV was inserted successfully into 133 oriflces, papillomas was found in 46 cases,papillomatosis in 2 cases, intraductal cancer in 6 cases. Conclusions:Fiberoptic ductoscopy can direct into Ⅰ～Ⅳ degree duct of nipple discharge and can be used to diagnose and locate lesions,which is a best diagnostic method for nipple discharge.更多还原
