【摘要】 目的 :探讨经肺导管注药治疗肺脓肿的方法与疗效。方法 :对照组 6 0例全身应用抗生素 ,注药组 6 3例全身应用抗生素 ,并经肺导管注入头孢呋欣 0 .75 ,每日 2次。结果 :注药组 3周治愈率 6 9.8% ,4周治愈率 95 .2 % ,总有效率 10 0 % ;对照组 3周治愈率 5 .0 % ,4周治愈率 2 1.6 % ,总有效率 86 .7% ,无效 13.3%。注药组治愈率显著高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :经肺导管注药治疗肺脓肿是一种简便、安全、有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the method and curative effect of treating hmg abscess by injecting drugs through lung conduit. Methods:Sixty patients of contrast group were injected antibiotics into vein, 63 patients of treating group were injected antibiotics into vein and were injected Cefuroxime 0.75 through lung conduit twice a day.Results:In the injecting drug group, the cure rate of three weeks and four weeks was 69.8% and 95.2% respectively, the total effective rate was 100%. In the contrast group,the cure rate of three weeks and four weeks was 5.0% and 21.6% respectively,the total effecfive rate was 86.7%, the rat of no effect was 13.3%. The cure rate of injecting drug group was much more than that of contrast group ( P <0.01).Conclusions:The method of treating lung abscess by injecting drugs through lung conduit is simple, safe and effective.更多还原
