铁/炭微电解床处理电解锰生产钝化废水
Treatment of Purified Water from Mn Electrolysis Using Fe?C Micro Electrolysing Bed
【摘要】 采用微电解床处理电解金属锰钝化废水及洗板废水 ,在 pH值 5~ 6情况下废水流经铁 炭填料层 ,出水加少量石灰调节 pH值至 9,废水总铬、六价铬、锰、COD、悬浮物均可达到GB 8978- 96一级标准。该方法具有结构简单、造价低、操作方便、运行稳定、处理效果好、运行费用低等优点
【Abstract】 The waste water flows through the Fe?C stuffing lager, a small amount of lime is added to regulate its pH value to 9. And the total amount of chromium in waste water, Cr(Ⅵ), Mn, COD and suspension all satisfy the standard GB 8976-96. This method has such advantages as simple structure, low cost, easy operation and good effects.
