【Abstract】 On the basis of an analysis of the characters of technical innovation of coal industry enterprises, the paper establishes a technical innovation achievements evaluation indicator system for coal enterprises. The paper also uses vector analysis in the establishment of a multi indicator evaluation model for the evaluation of technical innovation carried out in coal enterprises.
