【摘要】 本文通过对黄土高原生态环境与经济社会发展现状及存在问题的分析 ,从自然因素和人文因素两方面分析了黄土高原生态环境恶化的原因 ,并针对生态环境重建及经济社会发展中存在的种种问题提出了生态环境重建与经济社会可持续发展的对策 ,最后就生态环境重建与经济社会发展之间的关系进行了总结。更多还原

【Abstract】 By the analysis of the present situation of ecological environment and economical actuality and problematic in the Loess Plateau, this paper inquires into the reasons of its formation from nature factor and society factor.
