【摘要】 目的 临床分析颅内生殖细胞肿瘤。方法 回顾10年间病理证实的38例颅内生殖细胞肿瘤,鞍区12例,基底节8例,三脑室5例,松果体区4例,其他部位包括下丘脑等。结果 手术切除32例,单纯活检6例;术后行放疗26例,其中4例接受化疗。随访18例,其中活检后行放疗4例,均恢复正常生活。结论 颅内生殖细胞肿瘤的首选治疗方法是放疗,采用局部肿瘤照射,手术的目的主要在于明确肿瘤的性质,为放化疗提供依据,除成熟的畸胎瘤外无需做到手术全切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the methods of the diagnosis and treatment for the intracranial germ cell tumors. Methods The data of 38 cases of the intracranial germ cell tumors confirmed by pathological examination during recent 10 years were reviewed. Results Thirty two tumors were excised by neurosurgery and another 6 cases only underwent biopsy. After the operation, 26 cases received radiotherapy and 4 of them received chemotherapy additionally. Follow-up findings of 18 cases, including the 4 received radiotherapy after the biopsy, demonstrated that all of them had returned to their normal life. Conclusion The priority is given to radiotherapy for the treatment of the intracranial germ cell tumors. The operation is aimed to verifing the nature of the tumor for radiotherapy or chemotherapy, and total excision is unnecessary except tor mature teratoma.更多还原
