【摘要】 目的　观察同种异体硬脑膜治疗视神经萎缩的疗效。方法　用同种异体硬脑膜植片对 2 8例 ( 3 9只眼 )球后视神经炎所致视经萎缩眼行后巩膜加固术治疗 ,术后观察 1 2～ 72月 ,分别对视力、视野、视觉诱发电位和术后并发症等进行分析。结果　与治疗前相比手术后视力有明显增进 (P <0 0 1 ) ;术后视野扩大者 2 9只眼 ,占 74 3 % ;不变者 8只眼 ,占 2 0 5% ;缩小者2只眼 ,占 5 1 % ;与术前视野相比差异有显著性 (P <0 0 1 )。手术前后VEPP1 0 0 差异比较无显著性 (P >0 0 5)。结论　利用异体硬脑膜植入对球后视神经炎所致视神经萎缩具有一定的治疗作用更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To observe effect of homologous dura mater flap on optic atrophy METHODS We had performed post sclera reinforcement were performed in 28 patients (39 eyes) with optic atrophy induced retrobulbar optic neuritis, in which homologous dura mater flaps were used Duration of following up ranged from 1 year to 6 year Visual acuity , visual field, visual evoked potential(VEP), and postoperative complication were observed and analyzed RESULTS Compared with preoperative conditions, postoperative visual acuity was significantly improved ( P <0 01, T test of paired comparison) Postoperative visual field widened in 29 eyes(74 3%), not changed in 8 eyes(20 5%), and reduced in 2 eyes(5 1%) There was a significant difference between preoperative and postoperative visual field ( P <0 01) The difference between preoperative and postoperative VEP P 100 was not significant( P <0 05) CONCLUSIONS It is suggested that homologous dura mater grafts could an effective method for the treatment of optic atrophy induced by retrobulbar optic neuritis更多还原
