经颅磁电刺激促进周围神经再生的组织学研究

【摘要】 目的 :观察经颅磁电刺激促进周围神经再生的组织学变化 ,探讨其促进神经损伤后功能恢复作用。方法 :用组织学方法观察磁电刺激对损伤周围神经髓鞘结构和数目的影响 ,并与对照组进行比较。结果 :对照组观察范围内神经髓鞘数为 6 5 0 5 .83± 779.5 0 ,磁电刺激组神经髓鞘数为 12 82 5 .78± 16 78.19,明显多于对照组 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,其结构也较对照组清晰完整。结论 :经颅磁电刺激可能具有促进受损周围神经再生修复的作用。

【Abstract】 Objective: To find an effective therapy to promote the function recovery after peripheral nerve injuries, the histological changes of injuried sciatic nerve following transcranial magnetoelectric stimulation were studied. Method: The effects of magnetoelectric stimulation on the structure and number of myelin sheath in injuried peripheral nerve of experimental rats were observed by histological methods and compared with that of the control animals. Result: There were more myelin sheath in injuried sciatic nerve of experimental rats(12825.78±1678.19) comparing with that of control rats(6505.83±779.50), statistic difference was found between the two groups( P <0.001). The structure of myelin sheath in injuried nerve of experimental rats was more intact and clearer than that of control animals. Conclusion: Transcranial magnetoelectric stimulation possibly has the promoting effects on regeneration of injuried peripheral nerve and recovery of nerve conduction function.
