基于激光冲击波的板料塑性成形新技术
A New Technique on Plastic Forming of Metal Sheet by Laser Shock Wave
【摘要】 提出利用激光冲击波技术实现板料的柔性塑性成形 ,分析了其成形机理、工艺过程和技术特点。利用脉冲能量为 1 0~ 30 J,脉宽为 2 0 ns的激光束 ,对 SUS30 4薄钢板和 40 Cr进行了激光冲激波胀形实验 ,初步的实验结果表明 ,激光冲击波板料成形是一种冷塑性成形技术 ,具有超快速、高应变率等优点和较大的成形柔性。能适用于常规模具无法成形的结构钢和复合材料的成形 ,拓展了冷冲压成形的零件范围
【Abstract】 A new technique about flexible plastic forming of sheet metal by laser shock waves is presented for the first time , the mechanism and process of laser shock forming(LSF) is studied. The initial forming exploration is carried out through bulge testing with specimen SUS 304 and 40Cr sheet metal ,using a neodymium-glass laser of pulse energy 10~30J and FWHM 20ns. The investigation revealed the LSF is characterized as super speed and ultra-high strain rate, and may be fit to form the sheet of structure steel and composite materials with or without a mould.
