磁控技术在焊接中的应用及进展
Application and Progress of Magnetic Control Technology in Welding
【摘要】 介绍了电磁作用焊接技术的原理及特点 ,阐述了目前国内外磁控技术在改善金属的结晶组织及提高熔敷金属的各项性能、减小残余应力和在激光焊接中的应用及进展。研究了外加磁场对 CO2 焊短路过渡的控制。在一定的焊接规范下 ,外加纵向磁场能有效地抑制 CO2 焊短路过渡中的飞溅 ,获得较好的工艺效果 ;存在一个最佳的磁场范围 ,在这个范围内 ,控制飞溅的效果较佳。
【Abstract】 The operating principles of magnetic control technology in welding are reviewed. The research presents conditions of welding technology with magnetic field in improving the bead structure and performance of deposited metal,diminishing residual-stress,laser beam welding and its promising application.The control of CO 2 arc welding short-circuiting transfer with magnetic field is studied.The study shows that under certain weld criterion parameter, longitudinal magnetic field can restrain the spatter of CO 2 arc welding short-circuiting transfer effectively,and obtain well technical effect.There is an optimal range of magnetic field in which the effect of spatter control is best.
