基于等离子熔射成形技术的防护性薄壁件制造
Realization of Protective Thin Shells Based on PSFP
【摘要】 提出采用等离子熔射成形法制造某些特殊材料的薄壁件 ,以保护那些不允许直接进行等离子喷涂的脆弱零件及贵重零件。以 AT3 ( Al2 O3·Ti O2 )陶瓷粉末为熔射材料进行实验研究 ,成功制得厚度为 0 .5~ 2 mm的薄壁件。讨论了相关的关键技术问题。
【Abstract】 The rapid manufacturing technique for some special shaped thin shells is preliminary studied. The thin shells can be used for protecting some fragile and expensive parts which cannot be sprayed directly. Our attention is focused on how to get thin shells by means of PSFP (Plasma-Spray Forming Parts). The PSFP experiments are carried out by using AT3 (Al 2O 3 ·TiO 2) ceramic powder as spraying material. Some key technologies of the processes are discussed.
