多工况条件下土石方机械铲斗斗齿的优化设计
Optimization Design of Bucket-tooth in Multi Load-case
【摘要】 根据斗齿的受载情况和结构特点 ,提出了斗齿结构优化的求解策略 :齿座以降低重量为主 ,齿尖以降低应力为主。因此 ,对斗齿齿座部分进行尺寸优化 ,对齿尖部分进行形状优化。最后进行了斗齿结构优化的实例计算 ,算例表明 ,通过结构优化设计 ,可以使斗齿重量减轻 ,在施工中阻力减小 ,从而使其耐磨性和使用寿命提高 ,成本降低。
【Abstract】 According to the load-cases and structure shape of bucket-tooth, an optimization algorithm is proposed. Reducing weight of tooth-base for its connection function and reducing stress of tooth-tip for its digging function are the main optimization targets, structural dimension optimization of the tooth-base and structural shape optimization of tooth-tip are undertaken. An example of structural optimization of bucket-tooth is given. It shows that the bucket-tooth weight is reduced and its movement resistance is decreased, its wear resistance and service life can be improved and the cost can be reduced through the structural optimization design.
