分层实体制造过程中热压温度场实时模拟研究
Real-time Simulating Research on Temperature Field for LOM Process
【摘要】 分层实体制造 ( slicing solid manufacturing,SSM)采用逐层叠加的方法加工出所需零件。但加工过程中由于温度和应力的影响 ,零件有时会产生翘曲和变形 ,特别是零件尺寸较大时尤为明显。对 SSM加工过程中零件的温度场进行了实时模拟的研究 ,建立了数学模型 ,编程实现并得到了零件温度场的变化情况。所开发的软件可以用于 SSM工艺制造中温度场的实时模拟。该软件可以计算原型各点温度变化的历程 ,这对粘接质量分析十分有用
【Abstract】 LOM is a developed manufacturing technology in which the part is built layer by layer. But sometimes several defects such as warp and deformation may be found because of the effects of temperature and thermal stress, especially in larger parts. In this paper, the research of real time simulating the temperature field of the part in the process has been made, the mathematical model has been set up, and how does the temperature to change can be known through the computer software.
