【摘要】 论述了为什么需要振兴中国制造业 ,指出制造业的兴衰关乎国家利益以说明问题的重要性 ,同时指出了中国制造业大而弱的严峻现状以说明问题的紧迫性。阐述了这样一个观点 :对于中国落后的制造业不能一味指责 ,而应该采取“爱护”的态度 ,它的振兴是每个人的责任 ,是一项需要政府、企业、科研机构以及教育界共同努力的复杂的系统工程。最后讨论了几个制约制造业发展的瓶颈问题 ,即学习的策略、制造系统与环境的集成以及知识获取等问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 At first, this paper discusses why we should vitalize the manufacturing industry of China and points out that its prosperity closely relates to the interests of the nation in order to explain the importance of the problem. It also shows the serious situation that in fact the manufacturing industry of China is weak despite its huge scale to show the urgency of the problem. Next, it explains a standpoint that we should not always blame and a protective attitude is appropriate. The promotion of the manufacturing industry of China is a responsibility of everybody, which is also a complex systems engineering with collective efforts of government, enterprises, research institutes and educational departments.At last,it discusses several problems that restrict the development of manufacturing industry such as the strategy of learning, the integration of environmental concerns into manufacturing system and knowledge acquisition.更多还原
