【Abstract】 For project selecting problem in agile manufacturing, an multiple attribute decision method ,which was given preference information on schemes, was founded on the appraisal index which is involved with both of risk and benefit. In this method, after the preference information on schemes was given by experts, we built up a majorized decision model that considered both of the preference information of schemes and the schemes value of objective information entropy. Making use of this model ,we realized the multiple attribute decision method. It made the result reflect the preference information on schemes furthest.更多还原
