运动控制中的加速度分析与设计
Analysis and Design on Acceleration in Motion Control
【摘要】 提出了一种具有正弦特征的变加速度运动控制策略 ,旨在保证控制系统运动平稳性的前提下 ,提高运动的平均速度 ,缩短加工时间。从运动学和动力学方面分析了变加速度运动原理 ,理论上推导了相应的公式 ,并在快速成形系统上完成了该策略直线运动的实验和数字仿真。实验结果证实 ,同固定加速度运动策略相比较 ,采用变加速度策略能有效提高系统加工效率。
【Abstract】 A novel acceleration strategy with sinesoid characteristic is proposed in this paper. The scheme is employed to speed up the motion velocity and shorten the machining time under the precondition of system’s stability. The principle of acceleration-variable motion is analyzed in kinematics and dynamics before an experiment on the strategy is accomplished on a RPM (Rapid Prototyping & Manufacturing) system without shock and vibration. The result of the experiments proves that this strategy is a practical and much useful method to improve the machining efficiency and exhibits its superiority to conventional acceleration strategies.
