遗传算法在柔性转子动平衡中的应用
The Application of Genetic Algorithm in Flexible Rotor Dynamic Balancing
【摘要】 现行的柔性转子动平衡技术离不开多次添加试重和起车 ,通常的无试重平衡法存在着过多的假设和对轴承先验知识的依赖 ,限制了其在工厂中的应用。通过建立以轴承参数和不平衡量为输入、轴承处振动响应为输出的系统模型 ,利用遗传算法逆向求解出不平衡量。藉此 ,亦可大致了解旋转机械处于运行状态时轴承的参数和工作状态。
【Abstract】 Most of the methods of flexible rotor dynamic balancing currently used rely on the repeated run-up stages and the processes of trial masses added. The ordinary balancing method without test runs exists too many hypotheses and depends on prior knowledge of bearings. The later restricts their wide application in plant. This paper establishes a system model with both unbalance and bearing parameter as inputs and the vibration responses on bearings as outputs. The authors determine the rotor unbalance as an inverse engineering problem using genetic algorithm.This method can simultaneously evaluate the bearing parameters and their working situation under the service environments of a large rotating machinery.
