不同无机锌源配制的高锌与高硒日粮对蛋鸡生产性能影响的研究

【摘要】 将三种锌水平、三种锌源、三种硒水平按三因素三水平L9(34)正交设计配制9种预混剂,另加一组对照组总计10组,选用罗曼褐壳蛋鸡960只随机分为10组,每组96只,实验期30天。结果表明:从采食量看以ZnO作为锌源时三种锌水平对采食量影响不显著,而以ZnSO4·H2O为锌源时显著影响采食量(P<0.01),且随锌水平增高采食量下降;从蛋重看不论锌源如何,随锌水平的增加蛋重显著增加(P<0.05);从产蛋率看不论锌源如何,锌水平为1000mg/kg的组与其它两个锌水平组有显著的差异(P<0.01),随锌水平增高产蛋率显著下降;亚硒酸钠的三个水平无论对采食量、蛋重及产蛋率都没有显著的影响(P<0.05)。

【Abstract】 A design of L9(3 4 )with3(3factors was planned to study the effects of inorganic zinc resources,high level zinc and selenium on the performance of layer,at the mean time one reference group with normal Zn and Se level was conducted.Total10groups were designed with each group including96LOHMANN brown layers,the experi-ment period was30days.The results demonstrated that Zn level(1000ppm,1500ppm,2000ppm)from ZnO didn’t affect diet intake significantly(P<0.05),but high level Zn from ZnSO 4 ·H 2 O could reduces diet intake significantly(P<0.01);the egg mass was raised significantly(P<0.05)with Zn level increasing despite the Zn resources;the1000ppm Zn group had a significant difference of egg productivity with the other two groups(P<0.01),the over high level of Zinc could re-duce the egg productivity.In the experiment three Se levels didn’t affect the performance of layer significantly(P<0.05).
