【摘要】 本研究以经过血浆VLDL浓度双向选择组建的高、低脂系AA肉鸡为试验材料,分析4世代和5世代肉仔鸡体重、腹脂重和腹脂率在两系间的差异,结果表明:腹脂重和腹脂率在两系间差异达到极显著水平(P<0.01),而体重在两系间没有显著的差异(P>0.05)。因此,通过对血浆VLDL浓度的直接选择可以改变肉鸡的肥度性状,而不影响肉仔鸡的体重。更多还原

【Abstract】 The fat and lean line broilers in G 4 and G 5 generation were studied,which were divergent selection by plasma VLDL concentration.The difference of body weight and abdominal fat weight were analyzed in two lines.The restult of analyses shown that the difference of abdominal fat weight and abdominal fat percentage was very significant in two lines,however body weight have not difference in two lines.So plasma VLDL concentration could be used to se-lect fatness of broilers,and no effect on body weight.更多还原
