【摘要】 为了进一步观察冻干精制猴肾传代细胞 (Vero细胞 )流行性乙型脑炎 (乙脑 )灭活疫苗 (Vero细胞乙脑疫苗 )的接种反应及免疫效果 ,在乙脑的低流行区内蒙古自治区选择 6～ 9岁未接种过乙脑疫苗的健康儿童为观察对象 ,分别接种Vero细胞乙脑疫苗、原代地鼠肾细胞 (PHK)乙脑灭活疫苗和乙脑减毒活疫苗。结果显示 :接种第 1剂Vero细胞乙脑疫苗后体温中、强反应率为 5 6 % ,未见局部及其它全身反应 ,接种第 2剂后只有 1人为中反应 ;用Vero细胞乙脑疫苗基础免疫 2针后 1个月 ,血清中和抗体阳转率和几何平均滴度 (GMT)分别为 1 0 0 0 %和 1∶2 5 30 ,显著高于PHK乙脑灭活疫苗的 56 8%和 1∶8 83 ,亦显著高于乙脑减毒活疫苗 1针免疫后的 60 7%和 1∶8 35 ;用Vero细胞乙脑疫苗基础免疫 2针 1年后中和抗体阳性率及GMT分别为 50 0 %和 1∶7 42 ,加强免疫后中和抗体阳性率为 1 0 0 0 % ,GMT达 1∶2 2 0 1 ,≥ 4倍增长率为 95 1 % ,加强免疫前后差异显著。由此可见 ,用Vero细胞乙脑疫苗对学龄儿童进行基础免疫或加强免疫 ,是安全有效的更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to observe further the immune effect and systemic reaction of the freeze derived inactivated Japanese encephalitis vaccine made from Vero cells(Vero cell derived JE vaccine),335 healthy children of 6～9 years old in low epidemic area in Inner Mongolia were selected and divided them randomly into three groups They were given Vero cell derived JE vaccine,inactivated primary hamster kidney cell derived JE vaccine(PHK cell derived JE vaccine) and live attenuated JE vaccine respectively The neutralizing antibody was tested by plaque reduction neutralization test The results showed that the rate of moderate and severe systemic reaction of the cluster who were inouculated with Vero cell derived JE vaccine after the first dose was 5 5%,the local reaction and other side effect were not observed,after the second dose only one person appeared moderate systemic reaction After 1 month of vaccination with two doses of Vero cell derived JE vaccine,the neutralizing antibody positive seroconversion rate and the GMT were 92% and 1∶25 3,and that of PHK cell derived JE vaccine and the live attenuated JE vaccine were 56 8%,1∶8 83 and 60 7%,1∶8 35 respectively,there were significant differences between them After one year,the antibody positive rate and the GMT were 50 0% and 1∶7 42 in children vaccinated with Vero cell derived JE vaccine, when one booster dose of the same vaccine was given, the positive rate and the GMT were 100 0% and 1∶220 1,4 fold rise or more was 95 1% All these showed that the Vero cell derived JE vaccine is safe and effective更多还原
