【摘要】 为了解河南省农村 18岁以下人群乙型肝炎 (乙肝 )疫苗接种前的基础资料 ,以便提出相应的预防策略。采用随机抽样的方法 ,选择了接种前的 5个县 12个村 18岁以下人群 32 85人进行了乙肝疫苗接种率及乙肝病毒(HBV)感染率调查 ,对血清样本检测乙肝病毒表面抗原 (HBsAg)和抗体 (抗 -HBs)、乙肝病毒核心抗体 (抗 -HBc)。结果 :乙肝疫苗接种率为 2 4 78%(814/32 85 ) ,婴儿乙肝疫苗接种率为 2 2 80 %(749/32 85 )。接种乙肝疫苗者的HBsAg、抗 -HBc阳性率明显低于未接种乙肝疫苗者 ;1992～ 1998年出生的人群HBV感染率为 2 1 6 %,明显低于1984～ 1991年出生的人群 (4 3 37%) ;而 1980～ 1983年出生的人群HBV感染率为 5 0 14%。结果表明 ,提高农村婴儿的乙肝疫苗接种率 ,是降低HBV感染率的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to collect the data for working out a new preventive policy of hepatitis B as well as a baseline prior to popularizing hepatitis B vaccine in the population under 18 years of age (Jan 1, 1980～Jan 1,1998)in Henan Province,an investigation of immunization coverage rate of hepatitis B vaccine and viral infection rate was conducted.3,285 subjects under 18 years of age from 12 villages in 5 counties were sampled randomly.Blood was collected for HBsAg,Anti-HBc and Anti-HBs detection.The results showed that the immunization coverage rate of hepatitis B vaccine in population was 24.78%(814/3,285)and that in infants was 22.80%(749/3,258).The positive rates of HBsAg and anti-HBc in vaccinees were lower obviously than those in non-vaccinees.The infection rate of HBV declined significantly in children born in 1992～1998(21.6%),comparing to that in children born in 1984 to 1991(43.37%),the period that hepatitis B vaccine was used sporadically,and in children born in 1980 to 1983(50.14%),the time hepatitis B vaccine was unavailable.The data demonstrated that to raise the immunization coverage rate of hepatitis B vaccine in the newborns in rural area is a critical factor for reducing the HBV infection rate of our province.更多还原
