【摘要】 为了更好地促进婴儿乙型肝炎 (乙肝 )疫苗接种工作 ,江西省 1999年将乙肝疫苗接种纳入计划免疫统一管理。按照乙肝疫苗免疫接种监测方案要求 ,全省 99个县级卫生防疫机构每年应上报乙肝疫苗接种报表 95 7次 ,1999年和 2 0 0 0年全省乙肝疫苗接种报表报告率分别为 81 0 9%和 71 6 8% ,及时报告率分别为 73 77%和6 0 4 0 %。全省监测系统报告 ,1999年和 2 0 0 0年婴儿乙肝疫苗首针接种率分别为 77 5 3%和 81 11% ,3针全程免疫接种率分别为 6 6 6 3%和 70 5 0 %。 2 0 0 1年 7月在全省范围内对 1999年 1月 1日～ 12月 31日出生儿童开展了一次乙肝疫苗接种率调查 ,乙肝疫苗首针接种率、3针全程免疫接种率、首针在新生儿出生后 2 4h内接种率分别为6 8 39%、6 6 86 %、34 96 %。目前江西省乙肝疫苗免疫接种监测系统不够完善 ,需要采取有效措施进一步提高监测工作质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to improve the i mmunization quality of hepatitis B(HB)vaccine,to newborns,it had teen brought into EPI service,in Jiangxi Province in 1999 All of the 99 epidemic prevention st ations of county level in the province should de liver the HB reporting forms 957 tim es according to the scheme of surveill ance The reporting rates of HB imm unization reporting forms were 81 09% on 1999 and 71 68% in 2000 The timely reporting rates of HB immun ization reporting forms were 73 77 % and 60 40% in 1999 and 2000 resp ectively The reported immunization coverage rates of three doses of H B vaccine in 1999 and 2000 were 66 63% and 70 50% respectively We su rveyed in July 2001 the HB vaccine immunization status of the childre n born on Jan 1,1999～Dec 31,1999,t he immunization coverage rate of f irst dose of HB vaccine was 68 39% ,the whole course rate was 66 68% and the first dose within 24h of b irth was 34 96% The surveillance s ystem for HB vaccine coverage rate of infants was not perfect in our pro vince,so some effective measures m ost be taken to improve the qualit y of the surveillance更多还原
