【摘要】 目的　摸清浙江省嵊州市农村居民健康教育本底水平 ,提高农村健康教育开展的针对性。方法　采用分层与单纯随机抽样及现场问卷调查的方式调查嵊州 14 5位农村居民 ,了解其基本卫生情况、卫生态度及卫生行为。结果　 95 2 %的人无卫生厕所 ;获取卫生知识的主要途径是看电视 ;69 1%的人认为吸烟是不良习惯 ,但认为吸烟是空闲时的消遣、有助于交际应酬者在 3 0 %以上。吸烟者占 3 0 3 % ,其中 2 7 3 %的人有戒烟愿望。对早晚刷牙、不乱倒垃圾、不喝生水、不随地大小便、低盐饮食、食具用前烫煮消毒、不用同一砧板切生熟食品持无所谓态度者所占比例较高 ,尤其是最后一项高达 93 8%。饭前便后偶尔洗手者占 3 5 9%。合用茶杯者占 2 8 3 %。 91%的人不参加体育锻炼。 3 1 0 %患慢性胃炎、贫血、慢性肾炎等。结论　嵊州农村居民的健康知、信、行不令人乐观 ,对农民进行基本的健康卫生知识教育势在必行更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the baseline situation of health education among rural residents in Shengzhou City, Zhejiang Province.Methods 145 rural residents in Linan Township, Shengzhou City, were surveyed by stratified and pure random sampling to understand their basic health situation, health attitudes, and health behaviors.Results 95 2% of the residents had not healthy toilet in their homes.30 3% of them smoked, 27 3% of the smokers showed their willingness to quit smoke.A certain proportion of them adopted an indifferent attitude toward such health behaviors as brushing teeth twice a day, not drinking raw water, not littering, taking low salt diet, heating and washing tableware before using, using different chopping blocks to cut raw and cooked foods, etc 35 9% of them occasionally washed their hands before eating.28 3% of them shared their teacups with others.91% of them did not take exercise.31 0% was suffering from chronic nephritis, anemia, chronic gastritis, etc.Conclusion The result of KAP about health among the rural residents in Shengzhou is not inspiring.Health education among rural residents is an urgent task更多还原
