【摘要】 目的 探讨一种简单、实用、经济的血液透析滤过置换液的配制方法及在普通透析机上行血液透析滤过（HDF）对老年透析患者常见并发症的疗效。方法 治疗组:观察20例老年透析患者行HDF治疗一年治疗过程中低血压、头痛、心律失常、心绞痛、肌痉挛的发生率;对照组:回顾分析20例老年透析患者在此一年前行常规透析时上述并发症的发生率。并计算两组透后甲状旁腺素（iPTH）下降串、β₂微球蛋白（β₂-MG）下降车、血清磷的下降率。结果 治疗组上述透析并发症的发生率较对照组明显降低（P<0.05）,iPTH下降率、β₂-MG下降率、血清磷的下降率较对照组明显下降（P<0.01）。结论 自配置换液在普通透析机上行血液透析滤过简单、经济,能明显降低老年透析患者相关透析并发症,对中分子物质清除率明显优于常规透析,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective To study a feasible and economical method preparing substitution fluid for hemodiafiltrarion ( HDF) in single pump hemodialysis machine and the effect in elderly. Methods Observed the morbidity of interdialytic hypotensive, headache, arrhythmia, angina pectoris, muscular cramps and the reduction rate of parathyroid hormone (iPTH) and β2 microglobulin (β2 - MG) and serium phosphate in 20 cases of elderly patients treated with HDF for one year compared to those when they were routinely treated with hemodialysis(HD) one year ago. Results the morbidity of interdialytic hypotensive, headach, arrhythmia, angina pectoris, muscular cramps were significantly lower in HDF than in HD ( P < 0.05 ) , the reduction rate of iPTH and β2- MG and phosphate were significantly higer in HDF than in HD (P <0.01). Conclusions The method of HDF on single pump hemodialysis machine is simple and feasible and economical, significantly reduce the morbidity of interdialytic complications in the elderly, the clearance rate of middle molecule toxins were significantly higer in HDF than in HD.更多还原
