【摘要】 目的 探讨血液灌流(HP)对重度有机磷农药中毒(AOPP)的临床疗效。方法 40例经消化道中毒的AOPP患者分为两组,即HP组和非HP组。HP组用阿托品、胆碱酯酶(CHE)复能剂及对症治疗的基础上,同时予以HP治疗;非HP组,只用阿托品、CHE复能剂及对症治疗。通过观察两组的疗程、阿托品用量、CHE活力恢复时间、昏迷病人清醒时间、合并中间综合征(IMS)以及死亡情况,来判断HP治疗重度AOPP的临床疗效。结果 HP组比非HP组疗程缩短1.95天(P<0.01),阿托品用量减少633.5mg(P<0.01),CHE活力恢复时间缩短1.3天(P<0.05),昏迷病人清醒时间缩短2.2/小时(P<0.05),死亡率降低10％,IMS下降10％。结论 HP治疗重度AOPP疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyse the treatment effect of hemoperfusion ( HP) on severe Acute Organophorous Pesticide Poisoning ( AOPP) .Methods 40 acute organophorous pesticide poisoning patients were divided into two groups.There were 20 patients in the HP group.They were treated by HP, atropine, and cholinesterase reactivating agent.The other patients were treated by atropine and cholinesterase reactivating agent. The following parameters were observed: course of treatment, dose of atropine, time of the cholinesterase reactivating, time of regainning consciousness that of coma case the comdition of complicating inter mediate syndrome (CIMS) and mortality. Results In HP group, the course of treatment was 1. 95 days shorter (P<0.01) ;the dose of atropine was 633. 5mg less (P<0.01); the time of the cholinesterase activat restoration was 1. 3days shorter ( P < 0.05 ) ; the time of that of coma case was 2.2 shorter hours ( P < 0.05 ) ; the mortality was 10 % lower than that of non - HP group. Conclusions There is an obvious efficacy of HP in treating severe AOPP.更多还原
