【Abstract】 This paper makes a brief review on most of the papers and words published in China in the field of maritime law in 2002. Five parts are arranged in the order as follows: real right of ships, the law on carriage of goods by sea, admiralty law, maritime insurance law and maritime litigation and arbitration.
