【Abstract】 On the basis of sustainable development and from the angle of compensation value it tries in this paper proving the compensation value problem of the environmental impacts caused by the developing construction project using the value analysis method. This method can comprehensively assess the relationship between the project抯 total value and its eco-environmental loss; at the same time, it emphasizes the central position of the value of eco-environmental loss in the total assessment.
